1972 Pennwood Numechron Central Standard Time Metal Case

This clock has a 1972 Pennwood Numechron flip clock mechanism but is housed in a case I have never seen made by them. The case is metal with an on off switch on the front and states Central Standard Time on the front. Any info on this clock would be helpful, thank you!
