Ansonia Novelty Elephant Clock

I bought subject clock on EBay in Dec 03 & its been setting on a shelf since then. Now that I'm retired I decided to check it out but I can't find it anywhere. Not shown in Tran Duy Ly's Ansonia Clocks book.

The paper dial has the Ansonia Trade Mark & Manufactured by the Ansonia Clock Co. USA. The back of the movement has stamped Ansonia Clock Co. The elephant is quite ornate & I'm quite sure it's made of brass but no markings. Surely the casting was made for a clock but did Ansonia make it or could it be a marriage? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
