Ballast for Pam clock

I have a vintage Pam lighted advertising clock with a bad ballast. I can find no way to fix the light other than to replace the ballast with one like it; however they are no longer manufactured and I hope someone may have one or can tell me where I might find one.

The ballast I need is as follows:

CAT SP1
14 15 19 20 -22W lamp
A 118V 60Hz
listed ballast 753H

If anyone has one, I would like you to ship it to me here in PA. I live in Melbourne,FL part of the time and if all else fails might be able to bring it to you sometime in Dec. or later. Thank you very much.
