Clock Picked Up on the Roadside

A few years back I was driving by a house that had an old clock out front at the end of their driveway. I went up to the door and asked about the clock, they said it was free for the taking.

So now I have a decorative (unfortunately not functional) clock. At the base is a small cabinet, on up the body of the clock are 3 shelves and then at the top the clock work itself.

It says New England Clock Company, Bristol, Conn. on the back of the time piece it says:

New England Clock Company
Made in Germany*
two jewels
unadjusted

Next to that it says UW 7/32 361221

*the assumed "in germany" is worn out all that is legible is "made....many"

Is there anyone out there who can tell me what these inscriptions mean?
