Grandfather Clock stops

Just bought a used grandfather clock. Not sure of the brand but it does have 3 weights with chains.

The pendulum swings keeps stopping, but its not held up on anything.
It chimes fine at correct time.
I have also noticed that even if the pendulum is swinging the minute hand stop at about the 36 minute mark. When this happens the clock will continue to tick but the minute hand stops moving.
