Great grandfather's retirement clock

French Clock
My great grandfather was gifted this clock upon his retirement, probably in the late 1800s. He was of French descent and lived in New Orleans.
The clock passed down to my grandmother, then to my uncle, then to my mother, and now to me. It was in a box, in pieces and parts. A clock repair expert put the clock back together and it is keeping excellent time and chimes on the hour and 1/2 hour.
There is a second candalabra but without the base and I presume it was discarded due to cracks. There is a crack in the marble base of the clock. I can only discern one marking and it is the word "Faneuse, the haymaker", on the statue.
Would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks,
