Harmony House electric wall clock

Hello,

I have a Harmony House elctric(plug in)wall clock made by the E.Ingraham Co. model #30-128 (2 watts,115 volts, 60 cycle). The model # as origanlly printed on the back of the clock said model 30-052 but was scratched out with pen and changed to Model 30-128.

The clock worked fine, although it was a little noisey until there was a brown out. After the brown out which turned into a power outage the clock no longer works. When I plug it in it hums a bit but the hands won't turn. Would anyone have a new clock works to replace the old one?
