Looks like a Gustav Becker withan early casing from around 1900 !
Later models had two round 2" windows either side of the workings. Slight changes were made to the case design over the next 30+ years. Thousands were made and no doubt slill grace many a family hme; I know mine does.

Your clock is a HAC Hamburg America Co. Made in Germany in 1920s The cross swords are there trade mark.

The HAC clocks had crossed arrows, not swords and I cant see either on this clock?
