Looks very much like a model 1242, but missing the parts (gilt ornaments?) from the ends of the case and the bezel. It would have green marbleized mouldings and imitation onyx columns (not sure what color though). It also looks to have the wrong hands and the wrong paper face for it's time period. To restore or not depends on your intended purpose. As a buyer, I'd rather buy an original, complete clock vs a restored clock. If you want to keep it, why not, but does it need "restored", or just cleaned up and have the missing or incorrect parts replaced? Your call!
