One of a kind?

All I can tell you is that I have possibly dated it to around the 1960's. It is a key wind clock and runs perfectly. But has no maker on the clock face what so ever.

I have included a photo of the metal tag on the back of it. If you would like more pictures I have about 14 in all.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.
