Seth Thomas Grandfather - help ID please

First off, I apologize that I didn't take photos of the face or movement before it was removed for maintenance, but hopefully the photo of the cabinet will help.

The number on the back of the case is 3212. The number on the movement is 5202. It is a 3 tube chime with 2 weights.

We believe it to be 100-110 years old but if anyone can provide additional details from the numbers above, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the wood of the case is in excellent condition but the finish is starting to show some cracking. Would you recommend refinishing the wood or leaving it as-is?
