Terry Long Clock or Fake?

Old Long clock the face says Terry at top of dial and at bottom it says [Masham?. It has a painting at top of a female figure in a landscape.

I will have to look inside again to see the mechanism. I am just learning about it since it will be auctioned and I just like it but don't want to overpay.
