It could be either one of these from what I see in your picture but like to see the bottom of this clock.
1.)Florn Co Western Germany (name usually on bottom) sell seen sell for $100.00 - 175.00 when in working order not real sure on the date though.
2.)HERMAN F. LUX CYLINDER ROTATING CLOCK Also Known as "Tape Measure Clock" Patent Date 1935 I have seen these go for anywhere from $35. 179.00.
Hope this helps or at least gets you started in the right direction.
Best Wishes,

Unknown Clock More Information & Pat. # by: Rick
Bruce S.
Thank you very much for the information (and your time). When I went to take a picture of the bottom I found additional information I should have listed on the first round (sorry). This has Pat No D- 95,184 and Made in USA. There is also a slow fast adjustment at the bottom of the clock. Maybe this will be of more help. Thanks again and God bless. Rick (P.S. I am going to try to post another picture???)

I have the same clock, with same patent no. It's been hard to find out anything about it until now! No name on clock or brand, but finally found the pat. no. on bottom! It was really hard to read! Good info on inventor on google!!!
