Waterbury clock?

My grandfather collected antiques and I found this clock yesterday in the trash pile while moving my grandmother out of their home.

I know it's old and I have no intention of selling it, but I'd love to know more about it. I have all the parts to it and I'd like to know what I'm dealing with when I take it to be repaired. Thanks so much to anyone who can shed some light.
