Your Ship Clock was made by The Waterbury Clock Company, Waterbury, CT. I do believe it is made of brass even though it is copper in color. I am not aware of any made of copper although I could be wrong.
I have seen brass turn this copper color if someone cleaned it in ammonia at some time in the past. You can try to see if the brass color is on the inside of the clock.
The glass is easy to replace since any glass company can cut a round flat glass for you. The dial can probably not be replaced, but can be restored or refinished.
Search "clock dial restoration" on Google and you will find people who do this for you. Get a couple of estimates. Their prices vary greatly. It will probably be about $80 to $100 to redo.
