What is this Clock

I dont really know about this clock so I need help. All I know is that this clock has Seth Thomas' signature in cursive in the center of its dial.

It stands on its own gold brownish color fold out stand and I think you need to wind it up.

Please check the pictures out and comment if anything is known about this clock.
